In this guide, I will explain how City Living is works with the Get Together Expansion Pack. The Sims 4 City Living expansion pack focuses on living in apartments and penthouses. The Get Together Expansion pack focuses on creating clubs. With Get Together and City Living installed, your can create new clubs in San Myshuno based on the City Living activities.

Holding Club Meetings
Club meetings can be held in penthouse and apartment lots just like they can be held at regular residential and venue lots.
Cafe Venue
Cafes can be built on any Penthouse lot or any normal lot in the world.
Karaoke Venues
Karaoke Venues can be placed in Windenberg. Dance floors and DJ booths can be placed in karaoke venues. An NPC DJ must be hired because one will not automatically appear. When an NPC DJ is hired NPC Sims will dance to the DJ. NPC Sims will not autonomously interact with the dance floor or a DJ booth without a DJ.
Bar Night – Bear Night
Sims will get discounted drinks for wearing the bear costume from City Living at a bar. Karaoke bars do not have bar nights.
Selling with the Come and Get it Street Store
There are several build mode objects from the pack that can be sold using the Come and Get it Street Store. These objects include:
- Desert of Dessert Display
- Simergy Tea Sensations
- Smoreworthy Candles
Make sure when selling build mode items, the items are given a 50% markup otherwise your Sim will not make a profit. Also, these items cannot be placed in the table’s inventory.
Missed Opportunities
These are a few missed opportunities I found in the game:
- Gain club points from watching Sims give speechings
- Ordering meals together from the food stands while in a group
- The ability to busk with the portable dance floor
Potential Bugs
- The Low-Key Karaoke Machine is not used autonomously by club members
- Dance machines don’t receive benefits from being at karaoke bars
